ACI Motors the sole distributor of Yamaha Bikes in Bangladesh have gifted a Yamaha Fazer V2 to Bangladeshi cricketer Taskin Ahmed’s coach Mr. Sahajan Hossain Saju.

Taskin Ahmed is one of the fastest bowlers in the Bangladesh National Cricket Team; at the age of 21 Taskin Ahmed has clocked 148 km/h against Pakistan in Asia cup 2016. Taskin Ahmed can consistently bowl around 145 km/h. With a mix of ODI & T20 cricket Taskin Ahmed have taken around 40 international wickets.

Taskin’s Coach Mr. Sahajan Hossain Saju helped him a lot to become what he is today, to honor his great effort ACI Motors gifted him a brand new Yamaha Fazer Fi V2. Among the people who were present in the program were higher officials from ACI Motors Ltd at Yamaha Café at their office.

ACI Motors officially announced the arrival of Yamaha motorcycles in Bangladesh through them back on 22^nd of June, first they started to take booking of their motorcycles and then at the tail of September they started to deliver the bikes to the customers, many of which waited for months to buy the latest Yamaha Motorcycles.

On 12^th November they officially launched Yamaha brand in Bangladesh with a grand Launching Ceremony at Hotel Le Meridian, Dhaka which according to us was one of the grand event.

 ACI motors will open around 25 dealers by the end of the year in Bangladesh and all the dealers will be 3S centre. They are working very hard to fix all the registration issue which they were facing over the past few weeks, finally now all the customers who bought Yamaha Motorcycles will have their number plate on the back of their motorcycles.

Yamaha Fazer Fi V2 features a complete new engine and redesign of the body, the bike now has an EFI Engine where the ECU controls many functions in the engine from temperature to fuel flow not to mention the power & torque delivery. The bike now has new sharp edges and more refine engine.

The response from the engine is good and the bike as I rode felt very smooth, the throttle response is good and talking with few customers the feedback is good from the bike.

It was a good program that was organized in Yamaha Café at ACI Motors office which was attended by ACI Motors officials; also it was a nice initiative from them to honor the coach of one of the best cricketer currently in the Bangladesh Cricket Team. We hope and pray that Taskin lives up with the expectation of his coach and 17 billion Bangladeshi people to become one of all time great.
