VERDICT
When it comes to the 125cc executive-level premium commuter segment the TVS has given two good bikes over the past few years, The Flame 125 and its successor the Phoenix 125.
The Flame 125 was first launched in 2008. Despite of being a good bike it was not that successful so TVS motors decided to replace it a new bike. Hence the Phoenix 125 was born.
TVS motors launched the Phoenix 125 in the Indian market in 2012 replacing the Flame SR125. In 2015, TVS motors launched its refreshed and new version of 2012 model with many major touchups. Lets see the details tvs bike price in bangladesh here.
Visually the 2012 model and 2015 model seem two different models. There will be no BS-IV model as TVS motor has decided to stop its selling in India due to its poor selling rate all over India. The Specification breakdown is given below.

Design:
For a 125cc premium commuter motorcycle the design of the bike plays a very important role. After the Flame SR125, in 2012 when TVS launched the new TVS Phoenix 125 it was very eye catchy. One could not ignore the 2012 Phoenix 125 on the road thanks to its funky and unique aircraft inspired avant-garde design. With 2015 Phoenix 125 TVS went with elegance.
The 125 branding with decals have been removed. The branding decals have been replaced with 3D chrome finished Phoenix moniker on the tank and 3D chrome TVS moniker on the side panels.
The changes were made to the front of the bike while the tail section has no change except for the new body graphics. The front of the 2015 TVS Phoenix 125 is included with a dual tone visor, reshaped fuel tank with angular tank scoops and the 3D Phoenix moniker.
The handlebar remains the same commuter type raised handlebar. The Head lamp remains the main trapezoidal shaped as the 2012 model except new LED striped has been added at both of its upper corners like we see on the RTR series. The newly designed visor above the head lamp is now in dual tone panel.
The lower part of the bike has given a matte black finish while the central upper part has been painted in the main body color. The previous decal stuffed staid fuel tank has been replaced with sleeker fuel tank with some contemporary design with a newly designed tank scoop for better aerodynamics. The side body panel and cowls is likely remained the same as 2012 model.
The seat is new and textured with red strip around it. The whole body panels have been treated with same dual tone body graphics which appears to be more effective and subtle than the 2012 model. The tail lamp remains the same back-slash cut design. The pillion grab rail has a new design and painted in the body color which seems more effective. The Bike comes with four different color choices I.E. Black Magic, Midnight Black, Red Hot and White Night.

Instrument Console:
The instrument console of the Phoenix 125 has been redesigned. The 2012 model had a digital unit but the new one has a better looking and more effective instrument console. The previous instrument console was somehow hard to read but the new digital console with white backlit rather than a red backlit turns out to be more visible in all condition.
The console now equipped with a digital tachometer, along with the speedometer, fuel gauge indicator. All of these are positioned in the middle. The low battery indicator, service indicator, turn signal indicator, headlight indicator and neutral indicator is placed in the left side. Overall it is a very practical and premium looking instrument console than its most competitors in the market.

Switch gears:
The switch gears are the same as they were before on the 2012 except the inclusion of the Hazard signal switch, which is a new feature of the bike. Other switch gears includes pass lights, headlight switch, Engine kill switch and other common switches included push button start.
New Features:
The 2015 Phoenix 125 has hazard signal which basically starts blinking all four turn indicators at the same time. This is a very important feature to have on a bike as it makes bike more visible in the fog or in the time of crisis. Another new feature is the vehicle locator. It helps to locate the bike in crowded area or in dark area. The bike comes with a new set of keys with a physical button on the key, just by pressing it the locator function will activate and the bike will start honking and blinking all the signal lights for 5 seconds. This is also considered as a premium feature on a 125cc commuter bike.

Engine:
The 2015 Phoenix 125 is powered by TVS motors’ 124.53cc, single cylinder, air cooled, 2-valve, SOHC, Eco-Thrust engine. This engine uses a Molycoat type of coated piston that reduces friction between piston and cylinder wall which results more efficient combustion. Moreover, it has a dynamic tuning technology that helps to regulate the flow of air-fuel mixture into the engine for a proper balance between power and economy.
This bike has ARAI certified mileage of 67KMPL. The 2015 Phoenix 125 can produce 11BPS of peak power at 8000 RPM and 10.8NM of torque at 5500 RPM which is considered okay powerful considering its rivals. But in the same time the 2015 Phoenix 125 is considered to have the most refined and smooth engine than its rivals. This bike comes with 12L fuel tank and a Mikkuni carburetor.
Transmission, Clutch and Final drive train:
The transmission used in the bike is a 4 speed super smooth transmission. The bike has the lightest wet multiplate Clutch on the competition.

Suspension:
