Hero Xtreme Sports In Bangladesh: Official launch Event Details

One month since we first saw Hero Xtreme Sports in Bangladesh on the back of Hero Motorcorp service centre hidden from public eyes today Hero officially launched Hero Xtreme Sports in the market of Bangladesh.

The event was held at International Convention City (Gulnaksha Hall) Bashundhara, Dhaka, and started at 7:00 pm, the program was attended by people from press and digital media and Chief Guest was Mr. Amir Hossain Amu (Ministry of Industries, Govt of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh) & Special Guest was Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad (President of FBCCI & Chairman of Nitol Niloy Group)

The program was also attended by senior dignitaries from Hero MotoCorp India, authorized dealers, valued customers, press and electronic media and other distinguished guests. The program started at 7 pm in the evening with the arrival of honorable Special Guest Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad, he went around the halls and he personally meet and greeted with the dealers, Hero motorcycles customers and most important of all he meet the whole BIKEBD TEAM. Then there were some free style dance show on the stage, which was fantastic and probably one of the highlights of the evening.

By 8 pm Chief Guest and honorable MP Mr. Amir Hossain Amu came and he unrevealed Hero Xtreme Sports to the public. Mr. Matlub Ahmad requested the Chief Guest to carry the message to the Bangladesh Government to decrease the cost of bike registration, allow more safety on the roads, and reduce import taxes on CKD bikes.

Mr. Matlub Ahmad also promised that within the next 1-2 years all Hero Motorcycles that will come out of Bangladeshi factory will be branded as MADE IN BANGLADESH which is a positive sign which suggest that very soon Hero Bangladesh will go into manufacturing in Bangladesh from assembly in that case it will help reduce the cost of Hero Motorcycles.

At 9:00 pm we had dinner and then just to add cherry on the show there was a concert performed by Bappa Mazumder and his band Dolchut on the stage, he sang many songs for the audience and some of the audience didn’t shy off to dance in front of the stage.
