The headlamp assembly is crafted along with a Bi-functional single LED projection lamp and double LED DRL. On the top, the front turn indicators are aligned on both sides of the digital ODO console featuring a naked cockpit design. Then, after the pipe handlebars, the fuel tank features a muscular and curved design that features sharp shrouds from both sides. Matching the same, the engine is also covered with an edgy underbelly pan that is somewhat synchronized with the aerodynamic tank shrouds. The motorcycle is designed on a perimeter frame and a rectangular steel-tube swingarm. On the wheels, the new motorcycle features paired-spoke alloy rims and tubeless type tires in the measurement of 100/80-17” in the front and 110/80-17” at the rear. In the braking system, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 Dual Channel ABS comes with hydraulic disc braking systems in both the front and rear wheels. In addition, the braking system is now enhanced with dual-channel ABS safety feature. In the suspension system, the motorcycle is also updated with a USD hydraulic telescopic fork suspension in the front, and at the rear, it holds the spring-loaded and Nitrox- Gas charged mono shock absorber.

Bajaj Pulsar N160 Dual Channel ABS is an updated street commuter motorcycle in the Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle lineup. The motorcycle features a pretty decently powerful engine that is a 164.82cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled, EFI engine. The engine comes with SOHC 2-valve configuration and features a bore & stroke of 58.0mm X 62.38mm and a compression ratio of 10.3 ± 0.3 :1.The engine is fitted with a wet multi-plate clutch system and 5-speed gear transmission system. The engine starting is featured with the electric start system only. In the power and torque figures, the engine can deliver the maximum power of 15.78BHP at 8,750RPM and torque of 14.65Nm at 6,750RPM. Therefore, along with the newly tuned fuel injection system, the power delivery, fuel economy, and engine response are improved significantly in this new model.
