SpeedOZ recently launched Keeway RKS150 Sports motorcycle in Bangladesh, unlike many bike companies their launched was very low profile by displaying their bikes on their showroom in Moakhali near the flyover. I was invited to have a look to their newly launched bike and to my surprise they also gave me a small TEST RIDE by a brand new bike.

First thing first, the bike looks near enough from front like a KTM DUKE! The styling of the bike is very smart with long wheelbase which makes the bike looks very long in size. The seat is very wide both for the rider and pillion and they offer split seat as standard for the bike. They added nice air scoop along the tank of the bike & the grab rail is very big and has a good grip on it.

The handle bar is a ‘ pipe handle’ of good size and shape. I like the way the bike is designed and according to me it looks and feels better than their other 150cc bike Keeway RKV150.

Also Read: Top 7 250cc Sports Bikes In BangladeshFew things I didn’t like about the bike is that they still went like OLD AGE culture of having the neck lock of the bike on the neck, then there is a toe shifter in the gear shifter. The engine is still the old one from RKV150, I thought with the new bike they would have fitted with a new engine.

I love the suspension geometry but still needs to take the bike on bumpy road to know the real results, they gave saree guard as standard, something you don’t see too often in Chinese 150cc bikes. The quality of paint and body looks and felt good to me, & the bike felt light to me.

The engine is the same 150cc that is fitted in RKV150 which pumps out 11 BHP and 10 NM of Torque, I was really surprise that they gave me the opportunity to TEST RIDE the bike, but sadly as it was peck hour there were lots of traffic around Moakhali and Banani area so couldn’t test the bike properly.

Also Read: Top 7 220cc Sports Bikes In BangladeshAs far my 2 km TEST result I felt that the bike accelerates faster than RKV150, due to the lightness of the body, the gear change was nice but as the bike is new it will get better once it passes the break in period. A rear disc brake could have been a much better option, as people might need it when the bikes reaches speed over 120 km/h which I think it will do once it passes that 1000 km journey.
