Honda launches New Honda CBR150R K45R in Indonesia. The new bike gets some mechanical & technical upgrades & they also have made some cosmetic changes to the bike.

Honda Launches New Honda CBR150R K45R In Indonesia!

According to iwanbanaran.com the new Honda CBR150R K45R have some similarities with the Honda CBR250RR in terms of looks from the front. There are now DRL (Daytime Runner Light) above the LED headlight. The indicators are now integrated within the DRL. There are also some changes in the front fairing of the bike ( as suggested by the picture). The bike also gets a new LED tail light.

Honda CBR150R K45R Two of the biggest changes to the bikes are as follows

• The bike gets Front Upside Down Suspensions (USD).
• Slipper Clutch to make gear shifting much smoother.

USD suspensions are mostly used in high-end sports bike as it helps to give more stability to the bike under heavy braking at high speed. It helps to make the bike more agile. Slipper Clutch is an integrated freewheel mechanism, also found in a high-end sports bike. Slipper clutch helps to prevent over engine rev & makes the gear changes much smoother.

Honda made no changes in the engine, it is still the same 150cc liquid cooling engine with a single-cylinder & 4 valves. The engine produces 16.9 BHP @ 9000 RPM & 14.4 NM of Torque @ 7000 RPM. The bike still gets Emergency Stop Signal. this is a feature that can help to turn on the hazard lights which will automatically turn on at the front & rear in case of emergency braking.

Like the current CBR, the brand new Honda CBR150R also get adjustable front & pro link rear suspension, where you can adjust the front & rear suspension easily depending on your riding habit or road condition. The new CBR150R weighs 139 kg and will be avilable in two variants, one with ABS while another variants with Duel Channel ABS .

We are not sure of when this will be available in Bangladesh as the Honda CBR150R K45 which comes in Bangladesh comes from Indonesia so there is a good chance that in the near future the brand new CBR will also hit the Bangladeshi road, as soon as it arrives we will publish news about it at our website.
